Nice, I think you can clean up and paint your center console to the correct black if it is still in good condition. SEM paint,  or you can buy a reppoped 70 console complete. Dave at Rosevillemoparts.com  has alot of what you will need for your resto. Yearone.com  , Herbsparts.com, Tony'sparts.com,
ClassicIndustries.com, Dalescudashop, Theramman.com there are many resouces availiable today as compared to 7 yrs ago.

If you have brown (tan?) interior pieces in good shape you'd probably do a lot better selling them and buying new repop or old black pieces in good condition.  Dyes will work on them, but the rare interior colors bring a lot of cash

Anything not Black is rare! I bet you could sell your brown to someone here and get close to what you need for a brand new repop, but painting it is easy and any console can be painted if the color can be matched.

Most of the pieces you find now are Black or White, after that Blue seems to be the most common. Anything else is rare.  Metro now repops the door and rear quarter panels in a number of colors, but the pillar covers, dash bits, kick panels, console, etc are still hard to locate.  Pieces in good condition are worth more than new re-pops.  For the console it will depend a lot on the year and auto/manual

Welcome!   I agree sell the brown console/parts. Black is easy to get.
Do you have any pictures of your console?
