Not to nit pick, but was the dash frame painted at a diff. time than the ash tray/glove box?

No they were painted at the same time, all the interior stuff was sprayed at one time. I found that the camera flash really make stuff look not right, in real life you don't see a diffrence in color. Also the some thing with the original plastic part, they look much better in person then the pictures do. If I get rid of the flash they look better, but they they get fuzzy. Maybe I just need a better camera.......

Also their is more dust on the dash frame then the doors, reflects the light, it needs a good cleaning when done

Billboards went on Saturday

Exhaust is 90% done, just have to weld the tips on.

Back window is here and it and the windshield are going is this week.

Exuast is done and actually got to start if for the first time 

Only ran it for maybe 5 minutes just to see if it would. Have some tunning to do plus have to try and check out the Tach and Oil pressure gauge for acuracy, they don't seem quiet right to me.

What are you going to do with yourself once it's done?  It would be awfully costly (fuel) to spend a much time driving it as you did building it! Lol I know, I'll ship you mine for you to get started on!

I always have way more things to do then I have time so finding something to do isn't hard. The problem is finding the money to do it. The big push is to get the car done for Mopars in the Park, Farmington Minnesota

ALL 1971 Cuda's that left the factory painted EV2 were suppose to have a colour keyed grill and lower insert.

Because of a supply issue during the 1971 model year some EV2 Cudas, as well as other colours, did get the agrent grill.

My preference is colour keyed, but I would have to say yours looks nice with the argent grill as well

When researching that way back when before paint started I never really found a straight answer on what it was suppose to be or how they came from the factory, just seems alot of opinion on what everyone thought. So I just went with what I thought looked best, knowing that it might not be correct. I do like the colored grill if you have the matching bumper, but prefer the argent grill with the chrome bumper.

I know their is some different opinions on if 71 Hemi cars were suppose to have the wheel well moldings also....

Just curious, are those Goodmark or AMD front gilled fenders?
