Did you take the outside edge whisker off first? You need to do that.
The holes on the glass are there so that as you wind it up and down, you can access bolt assembly areas.

Certain hardware is used in certain places.
For example: the allen bolts are the top of the guides to be mounted onto the inner door.
Use a allen cut off put into a socket on an extension.

I just installed the side glass on my Challenger.  The 1/4 glass is a piece of cake.  The door glass sucks.  After I had it in, the guy that did the bodywork on the car gave me a tip.  He said he installs the glass in the door BEFORE the window fuzzies are installed.  If the lower rubber bumper is removed, the glass will slide down lower so you can install the door fuzzy.  Trying to get the glass in with the fuzzy installed was the biggest issue I had.

The front track needs to be removed with the glass also.

Differences between reprocuction whisker mounting vs. OEM whisker mounting.
Been battling with this myself. The chrome trim on them is supposed to ride just barely on the edge.

Whisker reproductions are way off, even on the OEM side positioning.

When you have all the quarter glasses done, I recommend riveting the whiskers onto the quarters.

The clips on the outer whiskers totally suck on how how they align against the body.
Thats what I did today and they hug up much nicer then if I just tried to clip them in.

An idea for those of you that still can't get the side glass windows figured out:

Save the file, Convert it to a pdf. take it to a Kinkos on a travel drive, and have them print it onto a chart plotter printer.

Now you will have a blown up drawing to see everything really up close.
Parts questions:  Can be Asked here.

R/T Restorations and Jim's Auto parts shows good descriptions.
Look at both websites and compare to understand.
