Is there any play in the accelerator linkage , is the float level correct ?
a larger squirter will get a bit more fuel there immediatly , the bleed for the jetting may need to be downsized or restricted with a piece of wire

As soon as I move the accelerator the pump arm starts to move...the people at Holley said get bigger nozzles but I have read on here that for my motor setup I shouldn't need anthony bigger than a 31..as for how to restrict jets.....I have no idea what your talking about....but willing to learn

never say never ,  a larger squirter allows more fuel in fast but the duration of the squirt is lessened which can cause it to stumble as the secondary opens & the volume is the same either way .
If you look down the throat of the carb you will see 8 small brass inserts 2 by each booster  , on Proforms , Quickfuel & Holley HP these can be unthreaded & changed , on most carbs they cannot , the outer bleeds are for the idle mix , the inner are for the jet circuit  often with low vacuum the engine will not run well , inserting a thin piece of wire such as .028 mig welding wire into the jet circuit bleeds can make a big difference in the way a car runs , & usually  form the wire into a U shape & trap the wire behind the squirter so  it will not fall out .

have you looked into the carb to see if there is actually a good stream of fuel ? i see the pump move but does it shoot fuel without delay ? verify that first ..   it is obviously a timing issue [fuel shot timing] slower throttle smoother transition. faster throttle it goes lean! be sure the pump is working properly. it my have a restriction somewhere.  also , there may be a vaccum sorce leak, causing poor carb signal.check all vaccum sorce /ports ect.  if all checks out , then a faster cam and or bigger set of squirters .

ok. best i can see the pump is working good, ''mabe a little late''. if you close the choke  about 2/3 shut, then open the throttle and it helps, you know that there is not enough booster signal to pull fuel from the boosters! you can then add a faster cam and or larger squirter to '' fill in '' the gap. be sure to install the cam in the correct positions / holes and be sure to adjust the accel. pump to .015 ''clearance @ full throttle pos.   what vaccum does it pull on the guage ? i would also check the ignition timing , ive seen many a lazy engine wake up with that one!!
