C.C.Com Shirt order thread part duex
« on: September 12, 2012 - 04:37:52 PM »
OK folks here's the new order and info thread  :bananasmi

Here is the front left chest logo.

And the back.

I will be using
Gildan 100% cotton 6.1 oz tees $10.00 white $11.00 ash
Gildan 100% cotton 6.1 oz long sleeve tees $12.00 white $13.00 ash
Anvil or Gildan 100% cotton 5.5 oz tanks $11.00 white $12.00 ash
Gildan 6 oz polo's $17.00 white $18.00 ash
Hanes or Gildan 8 oz pullover sweat shirts $17.00 white $18.00 ash
Hanes or Gildan 8 oz zippered hooded sweat shirts $34.00 white $35.00 ash

Car colors are orange and red, those colors do more than just make the body color.  If I made the chally green the cuda would have green tail lights and such so please don't ask to change them

XXl will be an additional $1.00 if you add an X you add a buck so XXXl will be $2.00 more and so on.

I got hassled at the post office when I jammed more than two shirts in the smaller boxes so  $7.00 shipping in the U.S. up to  two tees or tanks sizes small through XL, larger sizes, bigger orders and single long sleeve and single sweatshirt orders will require the bigger box for $12.00.

Small flat rate box is $14 to Canada and $18 to everywhere else.  Medium boxes $34 to Canada and $49 world.

I do have a paypal account and it can be accessed with my e-mail addy crookcid1@yahoo.com.

Check or money orders made payable to Custom Graphics and mailed to:

Custom Graphics
C/O Ron Crook
68-830 Fortuna Rd.
Cathedral City Ca.
92234

Don't forget a correct ship to addy.

I think a two week cutoff would be sufficient, so wednesday morning September 26th ordering and payments should be all taken care of and I can get them all printed up and shipped out around October 10th.  Any questions? ask them here or pm me,  I'll be checking in daily.

I'll be using this thread as a running record of orders and payments so please no copy and pasting please but do make sure I have it correct for your orders.

Those of you that chimed in on the last pages of the old thread post up your orders here please.

:iagree: Pullover hoodie in black would be great. I use hoodies all winter so I don't know if an ash would survive me. I will definitely be ordering a couple more shirts at least.

CID440 (Ron)-

Thank you for creating the CC.Com shirts (again), I truly like my previous edition polo shirt.  I wear it virtually every Friday to the office.

This time, I would like to order:
- One Gildan white polo $17.00
- One Hanes or Gildan pullover ash sweat-shirt $18.00
-- Sub-Total = $35

Because of the shipping issues and box size issues you noted in your message, please let me know what shipping cost will be.
- Oklahoma City 73127
Once I know the shipping cost, I will make the purchase.

Again, thank you very much for taking on this project,
RB2929 (Ron)

Pardon my absence on this, been swamped lately

I'm interested in a zippered hooded sweat shirt?  Any chance other colours would be available? Black? :dunno:

As before black wasn't an option,  design will need a solid white underbase (thats gonna drive the cost up a bit).  but seeing its for a sweatshirt the bullet proofing may not be an issue.  I will make an underbase for it and try a sample.  I will also extend the cutoff until after I've tried this.

Sizes?

I'll try today to cram a polo and a sweat in the $12.00 box.

I'd be interested in a black hoodie as well as some other shirts.  I'll wait until you decide if black is an option and order then, but please don't close out your orders before I get a chance this time around!

And just to make your life even more complicated, any chance if you get the black hoodie to work you could make black short & long sleeve T's an option as well?  I usually wear black T shirts so that's why I ask.

Thanks again, jim

There will be six layers of ink on black tees if your ok with that.  I'll be testing this out so stay tuned for the update :)

Hi again, I will quickly admit to knowing little to nothing about making custom T shirts.  What are the issues with six layers of ink?  Sounds like extra work to be sure, but does it have other downsides?

Thanks, Jim

On a tee there MAY be a cracking issue down the road but on a sweatshirt that wont be an issue.  After all this talk of black hoodies now I want one :dogpile:

Made the underbase file today.

In addition to the cracking mentioned, he is referring to it as bulletproofing for a reason. I have a couple shirts like that and the design is so thick and heavy it makes the shirt uncomfortably hot and sticky on my back. Of course I live in Ga where it is regularly uncomfortably hot and humid.
