yes, the only added option is the billboard... but really.... EVERY cuda needs a billboard :)

The car actually is supposed to have the really rare. V5X body side mouldings.... rare as they may be.. they are no billboard. and really to someone really restoring the car in the future, this is an easy fix.

here is the fender tag. i left the first vin number as well as it seems to be a SUPER early v-code as well as purple/white  combo.

thanks guys, i will take motor pics next time i have it off. ... they are not fun to take off at all.

Motor is pretty original looking. it does have a alum intake, chrome valve covers and was like that when we got the car.. .and a few years of running dirt ;)

Welcome.   Great looking car---- but I'm kinda drawned to purple 71 Cudas.    :ylsuper:   I am always flip flopping over  what  I like best.  I love my black interior, top, and billboards---but then I see an example like yours and I wonder       Don't be shy about posting more pictures.

Looks very familiar  :)...The 71 Cuda belongs to a good friend and we have attended a few shows together in the last couple years.  So how about a couple of photos of the Cuda from earlier this summer. First one is at the Sault Ste. Marie, MI Kewadin car show from early June and the second photo would be from the St. Ignace, MI  Antiques on the Bay show in late June. As an aside the Pink Runner won best in show at that event. Last is a photo my Son took of our AAR at the Speedway station in Cheboygan, MI  just at dusk on it's last trip of the summer, we just had finished an exterior restoration of it and now have pulled the motor for a rebuild after having cam issues due to the lack of zinc in most oils :banghead:. He did the last photo with a phone so the quality isn't the best, but I felt the lighting and overall effect was really cool.

Hey Buddy, wouldn't have known you even posted on here if you hadn't have told me yesterday. I've been pretty busy haha.

Got a couple pictures here for you of the '71, one from the St. Ignace and Sault Ste. Marie shows.. then the one from my phone on I75 with that Pontiac guy :roflsmiley: cmon
1970 Challenger SE - in the shop for metal work.
1970 'Cuda AAR - driving till the Chally gets back.
