Which fasteners for rear bumper to valance filler piece?

Looked though the E-body fastener guide but couldn't find mention of a filler panel.

Does anyone know what screws are supposed to use to fasten the filler panel?

Hoover auto parts should have them, you may need to call them (phillip screws with a special captured washer).
