Stick a long screwdriver in the center section opening and tap it out.
hit one side so it flips sideways then grap it with a pair of pliers or something and yank it out. Help to visualize if you have the new seal in your hands first.
Then to install I wipe a thin layer of silicone ( after the oil had been cleaned out of cource) and use a socket of something close to drive it in square.
