Another newbie from Australia
« on: October 03, 2012 - 06:41:07 PM »
Hi all

My name is Belinda and am from a place called Cairns in Queensland, Australia. I have a 73 Dodge Challenger, have had it for about a year now. My husband has 2 Holden Torana's (Aussie muscle cars), my father has 2 hot rods and my brother in law has a 68 Plymouth Barracuda Fastback so a love of cars runs in the family. I love taking the Challenger out on the weekend, it gets alot of attention (I've only ever seen 2 or 3 other Challengers in town) not to mention the looks I get when they see a woman behind the wheel lol!

Greetings & welcome to CC.com!! We have several members here from 'down under'. We would love to see some pictures of your rides! It's always cool seeing a woman driving a classic Mopar!  :2thumbs:

Welcome from a fellow Australian, I also happen to have a '73 Challenger which I got almost a year ago now! My goal is to have it road registered so I can drive it to the 2013 Chrysler on the Murry. Maybe I'll see you down there.

Would it be out of place to say "G'day Sheila"? Nice to see a lady driving these cars and your family has some nice examples! Welcome to the site.
