What I don't understand is how people get away with having them piled all over their yard. I I had a driveway/side yard full of beat up cars, my neighbor would call the police, and they would come haul them away. I know around where I live, it's illegal to have an unregistered car parked outside on your property with out a permit. While I don't agree with this law because it hurts people who are making an honest effort, maybe it could be used to the advantage of some people who are trying to get these cars.
