    Who wants to help me decide what to do? I've come across this 55000 mile car, last driven in 1981. I've always wanted a 'Cuda but I don't need another project at my age with my existing project, 65 Corvette/ LSx
    The owner, now deceased, loved it. Never smoked in etc. Auto Trans.
    Crappy custom paint, used to be yellow, crappy custom interior, horrible fake spoke wheels all period stuff.

    Looks pretty solid, might not take much to get it to be a daily driver, drive as is and work on it from time to time.
    Pretty cool.

    Ohh and that grille looks Good! What is the asking price if you don't mind?

    I wish that I could see more of it but it's pretty buried. We haven't talked price but I have a feeling that she thinks it gold ... Could anyone decode the # plate for me? What would I pay for a unit like this?

    Well you just got to be upfront with how much time and money it takes to restore a car and she may get reasonable.

    They are hard to find usually see them for around 800 sometimes more sometimes less.
    This one looks perfect, don't see any cracks.

    Just a guess but if its really super solid... 7-10 grand? Does it run?  I'd expect to dump another 10 K into it if you have to pay for paint and interior, rims wheels, etc....

    Thats factory,where the trunk gutter meets up with the tailpanel.Car looks to be very good condition by those pics.

    Assuming that you purchase the Cuda, and she’s drivable, don’t concern yourself with the $10K that you may (or may not) invest in the Cuda.  The $10K doesn’t have to be spent on day-one or even the first year.  If you purchase the Cuda, you’ll probably have it for life, thus, upgrades can be spread along 5, 10, etc years.  Most of my Cuda money & parts came from Christmas, birthdays, tax returns, etc.

    I noticed on the dash, left hand panel.  There’s the light switch, wiper switch, dimmer; what’s the fourth switch in the lower right hand side?   :clueless: The fender code breakout doesn’t mention a rear defrosts or Rallye lamps and she’s not a convertible. 

    My humble opinion, if you have the funds, a place to store her (home garage), and she’s not your primary car – Go for it!!  :2thumbs:

    Buy it for 6000. and flip it for 12000. There,s alot more time and money involved than what you think. :smokin: :dogpile:
