Anyone know anything about the Hughes Wiplash Cam?
« on: October 19, 2012 - 07:37:22 PM »
I am browsing around for possibly a new cam. I found the Hughes Cams PN HUG HMC3245BL-7. they had a short video of a 440 coronet and i think it sounds sweet. I have a basic 74 440 with a six pack setup 2,000 rpm stall with 3.23 suregrip planning on headers and 2.5 " duals with X pipe. Just wondering if anyone knows much about these cams and if it would be a good choice of cam for my application. Thanks

I don't deal with Hughes for 2 reasons
1] he is his own worst enemy & is terrible to deal with &
2] he offers no warranty on his cams .
I have been using Lunati instead similar profiles specifically designed for Mopars just like Hughes
