If someone wanted to swap a big block or hemi in there, then those parts would have to go anyway. Plus side is those parts could be sold to compensate the Costs. As for other Bert's being cheaper, that's a tuff call. Seen same style ones selling for $40k range and the most recents ones that are done on eBay are in the $70k-$100k range. If cost is an issues, there are plenty of hardtops around and challenger verts to satisfy the needs. On a similar note, the yellow 1971 barracuda vert he has in the pictures was in similar condition and he turned down $55k for it (that's his favorite).
