    finally  car is home  pick up 572 this week from roseville.still have to take my rear finish panel to patmai to fix some dents and polish just stuck it on there to see what it would look like.and still have to do a couple more sand and polish on the paint

    thx alot. i can remember a time when i used to roll around on the ground even in winter working on old mopars,so i for sure appreciate the garage.
    anyone have any experence with the 2x4s marine 572 hemi manifold?

    hey thx everyone,the paint is a nissan color i think it was called chrome silver and when it is out in the sun you can barly look at it,it has a lot of metallic in it.pick up the 572 on tuesday i ordered the 2x4 marine intake not sure what to do there i know the single plane that is on it was made by barton and i suppost to be awesome but hemis really need a 2x4 i think?

    - Totally agree on the two four barrel setup on a Hemi.

    I really like the silver paint job. As mentioned by others, it works very well on the overall look.

    Have you seen Joe Rogan’s Cuda?  It’s painted silver as well.
    - Joe Rogan is a comedian (That’s what I’m told anyway).  A few years back, I watched a TV show where they took his “barn fresh” Barracuda and transformed it into this Super-Cuda. Chip Foose was involved with the build.  Foose’s design was a bit more elaborate in the paint colors.  But, after seeing the Cuda in primer, Rogan ordered that the Fish be painted silver.  When it was all said and done, I liked the way it turned out.

    Anyway, your Challenger is looking very nice.  Looking forward to watching the project progress.  :cheers:
