Install roof insulation and headliner. Install A-pillar trim. Then install metal interior trim above side windows, around rear window and above windshield. Next, install drip rail trim followed by the weatherstripping channel. There are gaskets between the body and the drip rail AND between the drip rail trim and the weatherstripping channel. Once those are on, you can install the side window weatherstripping.
Then you can move to the side glass. Install the side glass in the door before you install the window fuzzies and the lower bumper in the door. The glass with go in easier this way. Once the glass is in, but before it's attached to the mechanism, install the window fuzzies.
Is the dash assembly completely done...or is it assembled just enough to get the car running? It's soooo much easier to work on when it's out of the car. If a lot of things still need to be installed on the dash frame then you'd probably be further ahead by pulling it back out. You need to do this before the A-pillars are installed. What about the heater box? Is it installed yet? Again, it's much easier to do with the dash out of the car.
