So long story short I didnt pull the motor trans from my car, a shop did. They were supposed to rebuld them and get the car road worthy. They never did, and they lost half of what they pulled from the car, including the transmission.....
So after they basically robbed me Im trying to put my car back together and dont know what goes where or what Im missing or how some of it works. I dropped in a 440/727 today from a 67 satellite. Im trying to figure out what Im missing from the tailshaft, here's a picture of what I have

67 B body transmission crossmember is different than a 70's ebody transmission crossmember.
71 + b body should be the same as 70's ebodies.
I'm no expert so I can't say that the crossmember you have is correct or incorrect.
Did that crossmember come with the engine and trans?

Your trans cross member looks correct after I googled images and compared just to make sure.
Now you need the mount, spacer plates that go between, and hardware.

Ok I actually had one right under my nose.....haha. It was on a sb 727 from a charger that I had for parts. the rubber seems pretty soft and worn so want to order one anyways, but now I have the plates and the hardware and know exactly how it bolts on
Thanks for the info guys it helped a lot. More stupid questions to come as I keep piecing this thing together
