Cobra wheels on a Cuda, will they work??? again..........
« on: March 01, 2005 - 01:12:40 PM »
I know this has been debated before, but I really need to know because I am thinking about buying a set of Mustang Cobra wheels for my 72 Cuda. They are 17" with an offset of 29mm, will these fit a 72 Cuda without rubbing anything raw in the front end?  Any ideas or any knowhow on this subject please post em here.

I don't know how helpful this is, but I figured that I'd share anyway.   I found these photos on the internet.   It was a Cuda for sale, but it had Mustang wheels.   I couldn't tell ya whether or not they rub, but these photos show that these Mustang wheels will bolt to a Cuda.

Those look like 97 or 98 16 inch GT rims. Also available on your 6-banger for a few extra bucks.
