I'm trying to check my pushrod length using a Comp ajdustable checker, on a stock 440 hydraulic set up as you'd expect the lifter compresses and there's no way to get a complete lift to make your mark. do I need a solid lifter or something or is what I'm getting close enough?
As I have it determined now my rocker sits about 1/3 of the way across the stem from the intake side and my pattern is centered. what pattern I can get with a lifter compressing anyway.
