So I take it the emblem for the 70 only isn't included at the listed price?
How much extra is that, and where is it offered?

Thanks

Thanks still got some tuning to do , both with the carb and the tranny controler. Doing good, real busy with work at the moment. We'll have to get together next year, maybe at that Chrysler plant car show? I missed it this year?

Is the Challenger frame the same? If so I have one from my original 73 Challenger I had in the 80's Your welcome to it if it will work for you?
Thank you for the offer Brad but I don't think they are the same but im not sure what a 73 looks like. Maybe somebody else will chime in with the answer.
Thanks again,
Jim

I got my Challenger sticker from Dave.  I've never seen the plastic frame available in a repop.  If you find one still on a pad, do NOT just try to pry it off.  Cut the frame off the pad.  There are accually plastic retainers on the pins.  Somehow, the factory attached the plastic frame to the vinyl before the vinyl was moulded around the dash frame.

To attach the plastic frame... I lined it up as best I could and pushed it against the pad.  This left 3 small indents in the pad.  I punctured them with a pic so I had three small holes in the pad.  Then I used a very small amount of 100% silicone on each pin to hold it inplace.

Also, the outer border of the plastic frame originally had a chrome paint on it.  I ended up using a paint pen to put the border back on.

OK, one silver paint pen later and there you go.  Thanks again Burdar for the good info!

That looks good!  It's those little touches that make a car stand out IMO.

It's garbage. Not made on a steel core, so it easily warps. Made of ABS instead. You will
soon learn that Dave has most of the answers and quality parts. He will tell you if a part is quality or not,.
If I cant fix it, it's broke

UR make these for YO and CI, these are on plastic frame, Not a steel Frame, like any other material if you know have a solid base the top product will fault eventually, Onyl way to go is with a steel frame pad like OE.

We have no issues sending these over the border. I have sent these locally to Austrailia, Many to canada
