The headlight rings are not painted over chrome, they are same as originals. If you want unpainted chrome rings with the argent grille? Just ask. If you want an unpainted grille and unpainted valance insert? That's OK also. All the "C" trim has been trimmed and fit perfect and the headlight ring retainer cups have been installed which are not usually included.
