I'm in middle NE. Gothenburg.

Gothenberg huh?  I have stayed there twice in the last 6 months. haha my wife frequents Gothenburg for work, I know what your thinking, "what on earth does she do that would cause her to frequent Gothenburg"  and i have an answer, she's in charge of business development in western/central nebraska, colorado, and wyoming for the nation's largest crop insurance company.  So i go on the road with her on occasion, met a few mopar guys in Chappell too.  I would love to see pics of your car!

Gothenburg had the foresight to invest in their community a few years ago, when everybody else was lamenting the economy. G-Burg has re-invested in itself and is one of the few thriving small communities in the State. But, I didn't need to tell YOU that! lol. You probably are aware that banker Matt Williams is chairman of the American Bankers Association. (leading a group that represents 95% of the U.S. banking industry's $14 trillion in assets)(a very BIG deal for such a small town) We have the only movie theater from North Platte to Kearney. We have a beautiful and vibrant community. A pretty much new school. A winning football team, And are aggresive in finding companies and getting them to relocate here. Frito-Lay, Baldwin Filters, etc.  lol.  Is that what your wife is finding? A fantastic, award winning newspaper, as well. What were your thought's while you were here? How can we make it better?

Sorry, I guess it sounded like I came across a little gung ho, nerdy. (Google Weird Al "White and Nerdy") I grew up here. I wrestled in ScottsBluff when I was a kid. I just want to see my home town grow and not die out. I lived in Houston for 12 years and came back. It's not nearly as crowded here, lol. Please let me know next time that you come through. I'm tough to get ahold of with my RR schedule (We can't have cell phones on) But PM me here.

we like G-burg, one time we got in waaaaay late, and my 2 year old was sick and couldn't sleep, i went to a gas station looking for children's Tylenol and the owner was closing up, she didn't have any on the shelf so she had me follow her to her house so she could give me some that she had!  so nice, you just cant beat a small town in Nebraska for hospitality!  I will most definitely PM you next time i'm headed out that way!
