Gothenburg had the foresight to invest in their community a few years ago, when everybody else was lamenting the economy. G-Burg has re-invested in itself and is one of the few thriving small communities in the State. But, I didn't need to tell YOU that! lol. You probably are aware that banker Matt Williams is chairman of the American Bankers Association. (leading a group that represents 95% of the U.S. banking industry's $14 trillion in assets)(a very BIG deal for such a small town) We have the only movie theater from North Platte to Kearney. We have a beautiful and vibrant community. A pretty much new school. A winning football team, And are aggresive in finding companies and getting them to relocate here. Frito-Lay, Baldwin Filters, etc. lol. Is that what your wife is finding? A fantastic, award winning newspaper, as well. What were your thought's while you were here? How can we make it better?
