71fish,
Someone should E-mail each of those bidders and ask them what they are drinking. :wasted: That's incredible for a regular steering wheel. And reserve not met!!! You gotta be kidding me!!!  :dupe: :bs:

I'm willing to bet that steering wheel auction was a shill auction....it's just too easy to do...have 2 friends just bid against one another and hope some poor guy who needs this part badly will jump in and join the action. If it does not work, so what? the reserve was not met, so nothing happens.  Just my .02

A couple weeks ago I missed a pair of 68 cuda tail lites go for 50.00 in driver condition ...then Last week a pair went for $350 and the lenses were broken with piece missing and the housings were 70% corrosion. Been looking for lenses no housing and everyone I find is broken

You still have to pay for the auction. The higher your reserve the more $$ it costs. @ over 3k.. I'm thinking too expensive just to play around.

If you look @ the bid history though.. looks like 2 kids playing around, but the high bidder is some challenger guy. According to that price.. I'm thinking an NOS rimblow may bring 5-10k  LOL

Incredible prices, but hey- that's the capitalistic open market.

BTW, question.
I love the look of the 70-71 side marker lights and the turn signal lights b/c they have that chrome trim around em.
Will they fit on my 72?
Thanks again,
Bill

I don't know if anyone noticed, but the guy selling the steering wheel says that "It may be the last one in the world".   Gee, that explains it!!!!!!!
