I thought i would share a sneak peak at what stage i have my
PROTOTYPE NEW designed Slap-Stick shifter at, and see if anyone is interested, remember the finished product will be branded along the main arm just like a Manual stick, but it will have my very own logo apon the main arm, these shifter handles will be triple chrome plated, i will have to do these mechanisms at an exchange style sale, i can buy and change NEW original Slap-Stick mechanisms, but that is expensive, i will modify your Slap-Stick mechanism to take the exact same original parts as used on the Factory Original Manual shifter handles. I am hoping to have a run of these NEW Slap-Stick style shifters available early in the new year, i will also be numbering every shifter i make like a VIN code and keeping records of them.
My shifters take all the original grips as well as the wooden grips that Rob makes too, i will be show casing more of the grip when i have made further advancements for viewing purposes.
I will also start a new thread when time permits, showcasing everything and even attach a video to show the working of the shifter and what advancements i have mad to the old style Slap-Stick mechanism
