So, come clean.  Are you building the car for your daughter or yourself?   :misbehaving:

Seriously, that will be a pretty nice ride.    I can hear it now, "oh darling daughter, can I borrow the car for the weekend?" :roflsmiley:

Also sorry about the body and paint issues.I too got burned on my bodywork and paint.I paid good money to get it done right the first time.Came close to stopping work on the car and giving up.Then I decided, what the hell, now I do not have to worry about chips and scratches.Be a good excuse to get the car refinished correctly in the future.

I already had my fun with the old cars. Now its time to pass the torch. At least I can live vicariously through her and then my son after that. I almost washed my hands of this car and then thought about just putting it together and re-doing it "later", but I know full well that that day would never come. I figured that summer was over anyway so I just better bite the bullet, spend the money, and just get it done. I would like to hand her the keys without saying "we'll finish this part later".
