You can use an online fender tag decoder like this one to get close:  http://www.stockmopar.com/mopar-fender-tag-decoder.php
Unfortunately none of the sites are completely correct.  You'll need some other books or to do more searches to be sure.  I have a production code book published by GTS which covers 72-74 codes.

The wheels aren't listed on the fender tag.  The fender tag mostly covers the sheet metal and other assembly line items.  A lot of items, such as the wheels, horn pad, rear speakers,  spare tire, etc, were only listed on another document, the broadcast sheet.  If you have one of those (commonly found on the back of the glove box, under the front buckets, or in the rear seat) it would list the wheel and tire options your vehicle had stock.

Nice car!  2 fender tags!  Cool!
1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

Pic #2 and 3 of my ARII 1/24 scale model car

Phil in New England-Massachusetts  Always thank God for what you have!

It means you had so many options they didn't fit on one tag.  It's a "high option" car which is less common than the single tag cars.  Of course that doesn't mean it has the most desirable options....just a lot of them.  It also means it probably cost the original owner a pretty penny as well.
