    I think that green challenger was at Garlits two years ago.

    If it is a Sixpack car, pretty sure it was there.

    That one is a 4bbl car. I just saw the engine for the first time.  I have better shots of it somewhere.

    Hey, just thought I'd say Howdy and all the pics look great.  I don't know my way around this site real well so I just heard a couple of days ago when a friend in Florida (EB3-Gran Coupe) told me about your posts. (I've seen his GC and it is a great car) .  What a Great Show!!  I'll be looking for the magazines with some pics and great history on your Cuda.  Ken just called this morning and told me that we should be getting another call from a 2nd mag for a feature shoot also.  Its good to know that all the work is recognized and gives ya that "feel good" feeling. - Hey I haven't quite smil'n from Chicago!  Kuddos to Ken and his crew - It don't get much better than these guys!  Looking foward to your next project - I'll sneak over and see it from time to time. - The Gran coupe was a 4 bbl car when I ordered and it was a factory air car. I think that and the color, according to GG make it a rare car.  If I can figure out how, I'll post some pics of the tear down and rebuild.  The cool thing is that we have some pics at Ken's shop of yours, mine and Tim Welbourn's car all setting in the same room being worked on at the same time. -

    Anyone else have any drunken holiday late night ebay purchases this year? I love waking up and going "oh yeah, I just bought a NOS six pack air cleaner assembly last night"... haha. This is completely working backwards from taking the car apart.. but I also received a set of Holley's new OE 69-70 carbs for Xmas! Exciting late night stuff, building a six pack on the kitchen counter over the winter.

    My friend just dropped off a cherry picker, so my intensions are to get the engine and trans out after New Years.

    BIKERTRASH- yes, I actually spoke with one of the magazine photgraphers today and it sounds like they are featuring your car soon. I will fill you in on a message later. Ken said Tim Welbourn wants to put my AAR in the museum for awhile. We have a busy show season starting in February, so maybe it might head to the museum over next winter? I don't even have to store my own car ever! What a deal! haha.. it is still at Ken's shop.

    Looking good.  You've got a nice start on that Challenger.  Those vinyl tops are really hard on the metal under it.

    Love the color.

    THANKS! that purple 71 is bad-a$$.. looks so cool. The white interior and top is why I wanted this car so bad.

    Awesome looking cars guys. :thumbsup:

    I'm working on my original FC7 1971 R/T Challenger which has been a SLOW moving project but these type of posts give me inspiration.

    This 71 R/T is an original 383 4 speed car that now is running a 440 Six Pack.

    I'm going through the engine and drivetrain first, got it running/driving last fall, hope to fine tune it in the spring and change out the wheels and tires for ones Santa brought me and lower the car a bit.

    Then I'll work on the body paint.

    My car's body is a pretty solid western car that never had a vinyl roof but it will need a little metal work eventually.

    Where is this Ken's place located? They look like they know how to work on Mopars.
