All I can do is shake my head, and wonder when we as a society will W.T.F.U., something we're doing isn't working. This kind of stuff didn't happen when I was a kid. My thoughts and prayers go out to the families, but I cannot help the anger I feel.

I haven't felt this much anger and sadness since 911. I just wanted to hug my 8 year old today and not let her see the tears in my eyes, not because I didn't want to let her see the tears but how do you explain such tragedy to an 8 year old. I'm not the most religous man in the world but every thought and prayer I have goes out to the families.

I have read many newsites today and see how many want to politicize this and diasrm the country and eliminate the 2nd ammendment.  I have seen none of that here.  Those Fools need to be honest with themselves and watch this entire video. There is no 1st ammendmant without the 2nd. I heard the Shooter was autistic and had a mental condition and used his mothers guns stolen after he murdered her and then drew them on the children.

If you advocate gun control and no right to bear arms to protect yourself watch this video and be honest with yourself.

I believe 90% of the poeple in this world are good but there will always be people who do bad things and some that are just plain messed up in the head.Problem is there is no way to predict when someone will do somethng like this, sad.

I think we need to resensitize ourselves a bit and disconnect from the deviant pleasures that are so easy to get our hands on, Violent video games I have played them I can see how they could affect the Mentally Fractured, Porn it is easily accesable decensitizes Poeple, Family values , God and morality. Think about it. These major lone gunman events have not really been a problem till the 90's came along then it seemed every few months we have one. What is different, Gun totin Gangsta rappin, Internet and all it's evils, Push morality and religion out of everything. My opinion we are difinately in a spiral down the toilet bowl of time. This is a global problem and I agree with Scott Craig a survivor from the columbine shooting it is a spiritual war we are fighting. If you are trying to fight demons by yourself you are going to lose.

One of my teenage niece's passed away last summer from cancer and my sister is still somewhat of a basket case from her grief 6 months later.  It pains me to think of the parents of the 20 innocent children who are now going to go through this.
A few years ago, a friend of mine who is a policeman told me about being on the scene of a recent horrific crime where a mentally ill mother came in from out of town to visit her young daughter at the daughter's guardian's home, and brutally stabbed the little girl to death in the bathroom.  He told me that experience bothered him enough that he was thinking of going in for counseling to deal with it.  I'm sure many of the first responders on the scene of this terrible event in CT will end up traumatized by what they see just like my friend was at the murder scene I described.  So keep them in your thoughts and prayers along with the families of the 20 children.
