You may want to go back and double check your web site. I just went onto your web site under the E body section, same as I had back when I was looking for an exhaust system for our challenger. No where does it say that the indentations are available as an option, nor is it listed under the option section. Below is the captured screen from the site.
Also, you say that your systems are accurate. If they are accurate as the factory had made them, why do you "change" it by adding a 1/2" space to it? Like I said before, your company DOES make a nice product and with care, it does hold up nicely. I have no arguement with that. What I do have a problem with is being told one thing and checking it out only to find something totally different, example being your web site. If you do offer a service, wouldn't you have it listed or even highlighted on your site to let your customers know what exactly they could be getting. I don't mean for this to come off as me telling you how to operate your business, I'm just trying to save some headaches in the future.
Lets face it, if your company did something a bit beyond the competition, wouldn't you want to make that known to have an edge over the competition? I know I would if I had a company or business!
