I know what he paid and it was a great score.

Well everybody is jumping up and down saying what a great score it is.....If you had to pay $10K for it, then it's not so great in my opinion...

If you got everything for $2K then I would agree it's a great score....

But you're right....It's not important to us, as long as your happy  :money:
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

I appreciate the sentiment guys.  It definitely is exciting.  I haven't done anything like this in a long time.  99% of the time I just document and move on.  This is a rare occurrence, me buying something and so much!

I might have some pics for you in the very near future as I am in contact with a guy not far from me that has  68 Super Bee that I want to check out and he claims to have over a 100 project Mopars on his land.

Sounds good.  Let me know.  If you are within a weekend travel time from Chicago, I'll come out!

Good deal and great pics! I would love to find something like this. I'm g,ad it went to someone that can let these parts find a good home.

Was the Uncle older or in poor health? Unfortunately I think more parts stashes will open up in the next couple of years since we are all getting older.

I sure hope some of those parts stash's come up.

I've yet to bump into one.  Or a garage full of just mopar stuff for that matter.

Old mopar parts don't help old guys live very well really. Hard to move, dusty, greasy, work involved.

Us young guys want to play too.

Devil, I hope it wasn't too bad or serious a situation you had to get those out of.
Hope everything is alright where ya got em from.

I am glad that a true mopar guy got the E-bodies. Now you have nothing but time to get everything put in a the correct pile.Great find and thanks for saving a piece of history for everyone.

The uncle is fine.  He's in his late 40's I believe.

It is just a monetary thing.  He wants to buy a new Challenger.

This coming weekend I'm gonna spend possibly 4 days out there going through stuff.  Should be fun.

thats a great find, and good luck with taking inventory on all that stuff.  I know someone ( me) that would be interested in a pair of 70 style cuda rear bumper brackets.  Looks like you could keep what you want/need and recoup your investment several times over with all that stuff   :cooldancing:
