Went through the first barn today and a small storage room.  Tomorrow onto the large barn.

With K-members in E-bodies.  They are all the same except Hemi and /6 ones, right?

I believe you are correct.
There is a coin that will be welded into K frames from V code cars,  as I understand.

That would have been a great find about 5 years ago....

It's been my realization that nobody is buying those old original interior panels for prices like they use to now that the new Metro panels are out....Same goes for fenders and such...Nobody wants to buy a fender with minimal rust when they can buy a new AMD fender....

Some of the new sealed aftermarket parts should be easy to move.

I think you're in over your head. My best advice would be to flip it to a professional vendor who's going to be willing to invest the YEARS (literally) to move all that stuff.....I looked at all your 365 pictures and there is a few good trinkets but most look like heavy non-movers to me.

Best of luck with whatever you decide.

Whatever you do...don't leave anything behind...Do the family a favor and clean the place out of every last lug nut ! Even the scrap metal is worth taking.

Hey yea...All the power to Ryan for stepping up.... :2thumbs:

I've only been restoring E Bodies for about 28 years now, with dozens under my belt so I really have no clue as to the market on parts and stuff  :icon16: :screwy:

Man, what a great find!  Did you buy the guns too?
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

I agree with anlauto that there is some good pieces in there but as Ryan is finding out its a huge undertaking to just get it out of there and then to actually go thru and document what you have, store it,load it and take it to swap meets and then reload it and take it home and put it away because it doesn't all just sell, and selling it on the internet, especially bigger heavier items is a real PITA.
I wish you a great return on it Ryan.
I have gotten tired of all the crap with the parts myself and have been scrapping off tons of e-body stuff as everyone wants new stuff, just look at the dash reverse light I have listed here in the parts section. It works and is complete minus the plug end and I can't get $45 shipped for it.
I wish I was closer Ryan as I would help you move stuff as its wintertime and I have my truck and trailer(that AAR would make me a real cool racecar)

While I do see your opinion all to well.  I still believe, for the right price that original parts.  But this might very well just get pushed to a parts dealer.  We will see.

Well I spent the entire day in the big barn.  And looks like the 72 340 Cuda won't be savable.  There isn't a straight piece of metal on it.  The frame rails are shot, there is no rear anything. So sad.

But atleast I started putting things in boxes...ish.

And what is an adventure by me without atleast one Travco....

Did you get the travco?

Too bad about the 72.  that rear looks really bad.

Not sure right now.  Still figuring out what all I got.  Today is the last day of cataloging.  After this I gotta find a place to store all the parts and all the cars.  Then I can start thinking about selling some of it.

I'll keep ya apprised.
