As sort of a followup, I'll be posting this in the "Parts For Sale" but, since it is related to why I originally started this thread: FYI, I wound up not having to rebuild my shifter, at all so, I have For Sale one unopened HURST SHIFTER MASTER REBUILD KIT, includes all wear parts to service Hurst shifter: shims, springs, selector pin with roll pins, reverse detent plunger/washer, sleeve and pivot bolt with related hardware. (For original "bayonet" push-in style mechanisms, see Brewers for their H3705-6 for new shift handle inserts). $100.00 shipped to lower 48
