Hmm... I don't have too many online anymore. This is probably the best beauty shot I have so far though.

I would be VERY interested in seeing more pictures of your car!!  When I first bought my Barracuda I had a vision in my head of what I wanted to do with it.  Its your car!  Since then I've mostly changed my mind to leave it more stock appearing but part of me keeps thinking about how that car would be awesome to drive .... I'd also be very interesting in the specifics on your build, suspension, wheels & tires, driveline, etc.

Thanks, Jim

My build thread. No pictures remain... but most of the stats are there. I'll probably update it when I do some more major work.

Most of the nitty gritty specifics I let the other guys handle. I'm learning about what went into the car as I tear into it to do work.

Very cool.  Is that dash a one-off or is it from XV?  They have a similar dash plate in bare metal that yours could be based off of.  The carbon fiber look works great in your all black car, just fits.

Any chance you could get a photobucket account and put your pictures back up?

Thanks! I'm pretty sure the dash did start off as an XV piece and was modified for the gauge layout I wanted. The carbon applique was the 3M stuff I think.

I'll probably put the pictures up again when I actually update my build thread.

This is an amazing car ,we are in the middle of a 71 cuda build and this is pretty much the look we want ,same vision, and I was wondering did you modify the front of the fender/tire area? more room perhaps or is it the pic? :clueless:

Pretty sure the whole front end suspension is stock. The only aftermarket stuff in there are the Wilwood brakes and the 18"x8" wheels in the front.

It's just really really low to the ground. I can't quite fit 4 fingers between the K frame and the ground.

The rears were rolled slightly and the wheels are pretty tight in the back (20"x"10"). I also believe the rear end width is B body, though I haven't verified if that was actually done or not, nor do I know enough to just eyeball it.

It was serious inspiration for my own car.

Will, that car was the inspiration for my own car as well. He later did another 'cuda that was red and on Air Ride. That car was at Bill Reillys when I was purchasing my Alter-k-tion from there.

It was an inspiration in that it made me want to do the IRS from Heidts but the only thing I bought from them was a Wilwood kit, LOL. I settled for the Air Ride rear the Delaney's red 'cuda had.

The paint scheme, although what I envision my car replicating, wasn't the 'inspiration' moreover 'in-line with' my vision. Since I was a tike I thought the triple black AAR's were the sexiest beast on wheels.

That car the OP is inquiring about seems like they were copycating the Delaney car. I mean, same wheels? Delaneys car nailed the triple black look, this one is not far behind.
