It's not often you'll find an E Body vert project for under or around $10K unless it's a complete rot box. :2cents:

Unfortunately a 10K vert, is going to be a complete pile of rust, probably needing nearly everything replaced.  You'll probably have to put 10x that amount of parts not to mention the man hours to get a decent car out of it.

With your $30K in mind you should find a turn key driver...What's the asking price on the pink one listed for trade here ?

I really want to build it myself, I want to many mods. That one you listed wasnt to bad, but it's a little to far. I am from South Louisiana, and was hoping to find one within the US.

Thanks for the information, but I really want a 70 vert. I would consider a 71 Cuda vert though.

Im looking for either a 70' cuda or chally vert only. Just wondering if anyone has seen anything? Here is my pay scale-
0$-10,000$ Unrestored
15,000$-18,000$ Restored (missing Engine and Tranny)
20,000$-25,000$ Restored (Turn Key)

Thanks in Advanced!
