I have to ask though.

You are stating local pickup only but don't disclose where you are?   I assume from the link . . . Ontario?

Does the car have a rear end?   If so do you know what gear is in it?

Sorry.....I'm located in Georgetown ON, about 10 mins North of the 401, 35 mins West of the Toronto Airport.

There's several reasons why I'm not into shipping parts.
1) I would like for everybody to see the part firsthand and check it out thourghly before any money changes hands. I've had many parts shipped to me that were crap.

2)Most parts are too big or heavy and the shipping would cost more then I'm asking for the part.

3) I'm not in the parts selling business, I don't have lots of empty boxes or packing material, or off the top of my head shipping prices.

4) I run my own restoration busniess full time. As much as I like to help out others with the parts they need, if I sell something for $10.00 and if it takes me 1 hour out of my day to round up the part, find a box, pack it nicely, make one trip to the post office, because everybody wants a shipping quote first, then accept a PayPal payment, head back to the post office....mail it away.....

I've lost 1 hour, or $40, PayPal ends up with another $3.....I end up $33.00 in the hole.....Then the guy gets it and complains about the quality....  :pullinghair:  It's not worth it to me...

Some options:

1) Stop by my house any time.

2) Find a member close by, there's a couple, that will buy it for you and mail it to you...

3) Come see me at the Spring Fling in Mississauga. I vend there every year and I'm famous for my $2 tarp.

4) I'll take pre-paid items to Carlisle in July (no refunds at show)

If you could pull out a used pass side UCA, that would be cool.  Mine is a little more damaged then I thought.
