I recently acquired a Quicktime adapter bell for a T56 to a mopar small block. Might have to look into these guys further and do some price comparisons. Oh course, none of my mills make anywhere near the power they are building for, so I might be able to get away with a bit less of a "custom" transmission.

Cheapest option is to buy a LS1 T56. Have it rebuilt and blueprinted so all the clearance specs are on the tight end. T56 magnum is really a blueprinted T56 with syncro and shifter tweaks.
