    Indicator Light Surrounds?

    You know the rear indicator lights or Turn signal chrome pieces that the lenses fit into are they all chrome color or do they have a thin black "pin stripe" in the middle? Hope this makes sense I will post a photo of what part I mean after I eat my tea.  :laughing: :drool:

    Is the light bezel ALL chrome like the one above or does it have a black painted thin stripe in the middle bit where the arrows are pointing?

    I was pretty sure they were all chrome but like always it's always a good idea getting a second opinion or a few extra nods of the head.  :grinyes:

    Well I've searched all around and as you would guess theres only one place you can find excellent condition ones....eBay.  ;D

    Ummm,
      I don't know guys. I've heard there was some made with a black stripe. There is a guy in Florida that makes them. I bought a set. It's so nice not to have those old pitted ones :grinyes: If you're interested, I can dig up his E-mail address later.

    Im pretty interested if they are decently priced. I agree, I would love to get rid of the slightly pitted ones i have. They arent that big of an issue for me, but since i bought new lenses, I figured I should get new housings.

    Hey Killer,

    I bought some new Lenses from Yearone and they aren't even close to fitting the original sockets!! a good 1/4 inch out andmy resto guys said they'd round the edges to squeeze them in but I might have to use the originals.  :P
    I saw a set of all 4 lenses NOS on eBay........$599.00 Buy now.  :ack:

    Hey NZ.  When I cleaned ours up I didn't see one speck of black or any indication there was anything ever there except chrome.  Yours looks just like mine.

    OK,
      Here's the deal. I bought both the side marker bezels, and the rear tail light bezels from this guy. He is a machineist, and makes these himself. Sorry I don't have pics now. Crappy day here :mad: Anyway, these things look great. It has been a couple of years since I've had contact with him, but his name is David Seward. His E-mail address was back then TWOBLUEVETTES@aol.com Let me know how it turns out.

    After reading that your lenses didnt fit,I test fitted mine and found them to fit great. The only noticable difference is a straighter egde on the curved side(not noticable on the car). They have the correct chrysler symbols, part numbers, same color, and even the same texture on the back.  You should call yearone and complain about the poor fitment.

    I bought my lenses off a guy on ebay, paid 80 bucks for all 4.
