Impossible to build a car for less than 1 that's already done.

I know the seller bought it himself 1991 and even if prices was lower then and he found several of high cost items during the 90ths I just agree he didn't make any money at this car, so much new stuff all wiring harness from A to Z radiator from Glen Ray etc all top notch, actually I feeling sorry for him but I only accepted hes offer to me I didn't lowball him and that makes me feel better.
