4 spd trans

whats this set up worth? comes with transmission, shifter w?pistol grip handle, bell housing, clutch , pressure plate Z bar, would need the correct handle this one was made.  Seller does not know what it is out of. Here the numbers he got. C 99539c2, c 99129H, PP883 3140, C956642 anyone know what its out of and what it is worth?

What's the spline count 18 or 23 ?

Looks like a 23 spline A833 for B & E bodied Mopars. If the guts are good and it's not an OverDrive model it could be worth anywhere from 350-600 bucks and that seems to be the average. Most times it's hard to buy an A833 tranny without knowing the history because many times you will buy one for 500 bucks and find out you need to spend an additional 800 bucks to get it rebuilt.

Another easy way is that a 23 spline shaft is 1" in diameter and the 18" is slightly larger.

if I read the date code correct 3140 = Tuesday, March 3, 1970 but I am not a 100% sure
