Wanted: 71 baracuda convertible, 40 - 50k budget

I am just starting my hunt for a 71 cuda convertible.  What does 40 - 50k cash get me these days?  I would prefer to have a complete driver condition car to start with.  Anyone have any leads?

1971 Barracuda convertible. Runs and drives originally a 318 auto with a/c now has a 383 auto. Rallye guages, am/fm radio, 3 speaker dash,black interior,power top,power steering, power brakes, 8 3/4 rear with 3.23 gears. Complete car drive or restore missing fender tag.

I actually found a 71 vert on shortly after I posted this last year thanks to a member on this site.    Project is sitting in my garage now, waiting for my order from AMD to arrive!
