    If the owner is current on his storage fees whos to say he doesn't care about it.  That's just what the lot guys telling you.  Maybe the owner is serving with the military abroad and it's his project when he gets home.  Ya never know.  A note on the car is as far as I'd go

    Well the car is not covered sitting out in the open.

    Went to the dmv forgot my wallet.. But was told it would be better to call headquarters. So will be doing that tomarrow.

    Also went to look at the car, I left a note 3 weeks ago someone took it off...

    If you can find a car in my price range that's a driver I'll be more then happy to buy it.
