    HELICOPTER CRASH DURING FILMING OF TOP GEAR

    MAN, this is tragic,  the tv show top gear was filming a race with an apache helicopter and the car won but the chopper circled and then slammed into the ground. video here- http://www.grindtv.com/moto/blog/50995/helicopter+crashes+during+filming+of+top+gear/

    At least everybody was ok. You guys see the helicopter crash that happened during filming of a military based reality show on the discovery channel?  Killed 3 people.

    Just a point of note, that is a Cobra Helicopter. not apache.

    Where is that show from?  I know there is British and American versions.  Is that some kind of syndicatin from Japan?

    It's the Korean version of Top Gear, but something a bit strange about that video, it maybe a hoax ! :dunno:

    It's on CNNs website, says it happened a few months back, footage just now released, I looked it up cuz I thought it looked fishy

    I am not trying to make light of a helicopter crash.  I am glad everyone was ok.

    What cracks me up is when they race a hot car against a helicopter or a fighter jet or something.  Helicopters aren't all that fast anyway and jet fighters have a relitively slow acceleration.

    Why do you think that the Navy has to throw fighters off of aircraft carriers with steam catapults.
