Yes, 1970's came with red interiors on black.

I believe 71's could have gotten a red and white on a black paint.  Don't quote me though.

71 's didn't come with red interiors. The closest thing was orange. My 71 convertible will most likely be black with red interior though anyway. I love the color combo.

Wow I guess time sure does fly! I haven't even updated this in a few .....years haha.

Well I have had another little boy since I got the 71 cuda amd his arrival present from my wife and first boy was a 340 motor for my car. The build date is 12 Days before my car was built so I'm pretty happy. The car isn't running yet but the motor , front suspension.  Undercarrage,  lines ect ect are all in. It is hard to buuld a complete car all by yourself! I'm hoping to get it finished over the winter but my two little boys sure take priority right now. When a 2.5yr ask to hangout with his dad is impossible to say no.

The great thing is he loves to hang out in the garage with dad so I get lots of time. I'm guessing I'm going to need a bigger garage soon.

GOOD for you and good for the boys, too! Get 'em going early and you won't be disappointed. I know; my two boys are good wrenches themselves, now and they'll tackle nearly anything- even a beautiful, shiny black 71 Cuda! LOL Congrats on the birth of your second son and may they one day take their old decrepit Dad  out for a ride in that car.
