Anyone else miss out on Motel reservations?
« on: February 21, 2013 - 10:47:14 PM »
Looks like I left it too late and the Motel is all booked up that most of  CC,com is staying at?
I found rooms for $113 a night at the   Park Inn by Radisson Harrisburg West, PA  ?  Its not too far from where the rest of the gang is staying at? :dunno:

Anyone heard anything bad about this place? :feedback:

Ya about 20 minutes to the show and 6 minutes to the club motel ( according to Google maps?)
I booked it via Expedia.com. I think this is the same place as last year?

That's not the same one as last year, but I've stayed there before - in fact before we moved to that area.

There's always a lot of Mopars in the lot during the show, but I never picked it because it didn't have the "coziness" that we always enjoyed at the Comfort Inn - that quiet remote lot we always used.

You'll have to let me know what you think of it so we can consider reserving a block there next year.

I have some friends staying there and may be swinging by for a visit at some point possibly Friday night. I'll try and track you down.

Every Year I stay at the Motel 6 in Carlisle right on RT11 litterally 2 miles from the show. It's a dump. but it's cheap and close and I don'y spend much time there anyways..Oh nd we walk to Hosses ! :horse:
