Possibly a fake. It does have some strange codes. B41 (could be rationalized as a mistype for B51), C13 (standard on hard tops) and should not be on this Data Plate, G37 (should be G31 G33 if both side mirrors) V9W (found on Challengers) perhaps mistyped for V6W.
But:
Take a look at the SPD. It looks like
A3B. Here is a possible scenario. The entered info or actual stamping machine, had an error or malfunction during the Data Plate stamping process.
If the last 6 digits of the VIN start with 2, that would be appropriate for a (Bxx) SPD sometime in November.
Perhaps the machine meant to stamp the Axle code (A3x) but it was miss placed/mistyped on the wrong line. The correct SPD month of (B) was partial stamped in its proper place, but the stamping protocol only stamped the 3 characters in that part of the plate.
Just trying to guess....
The A60 does not belong for the E-Body assembly line. It may have been inadvertently left from another body model. (Has anyone ever seen A60 used for any other car?
) Or once again, wrong info inserted or mistyped.
