5. It has white billboards which from what I have seen are normally coded V6W. This one has a V9W code in lieu of V6W. What is that suppose to be??

V9W - found on Dodge E-Bodies

1970 - V9W = Sport Stripes Transvers Paint - Bumble Bee - White
1971 - V9W = SPort Stripes Longitudinal Tape - White
1970 `cuda340 convertible 4-speed Rallye Red with Red interior

Is this a car that you know about, or perhaps just a picture of the Data Plate that you have in your collection? Would you have seen the VIN and/or any additional information verifying it as a real hemicuda? I'm asking because I have collected information on E-Bodies for many years. I also know people that have a lot of info on the 71 hemicudas. I have recieved some interesting information about this Data Plate.

Ola Nilsson

The actual VIN is BS23R1B215723 and it is owned by a guy named Tres Wilson. Anyone know him? Unfortunately I don't personally know him or the car; I came upon the picture of the fender tag using a Google search.

Pretty sad that a '71 Hemicuda doesn't have its actual tag(s) on it.

Ya wonder if his VIN and whole car is legit.  Very unusual for a real '71 hemicuda to have that stuff faked.

I've been collecting lots of pictures of tags over the years.

All the above stuff mentioned already is...bollocks.   :england:

Also, I've never seen a 1971 tag with an EN1 on it.  '70s, yes (although usually see END on it).

I call B.S. not only is it a fake, it's not even a very good one. So many things wrong but the build date is the giveaway, I wonder if there's a sticker on the door?

Is it a radio delete car?  There is no Radio code, and i think ALL e-bodies got a Radio code.

Wrong. If there is no radio code on the tag, there is no radio on the car.

Yes ALL e bodies got a radio code but ONLY if they were ordered with a radio....no radio code on the order sheet, no radio on the tag, no radio in the car.....The Radio, even the base R11 was an extra cost option. :2cents:

Here is a link to the car that belongs with this tag.  http://www.moparmax.com/features/featurecar/iii_6-pinnacle-1.html
Also, I have found other 71 eBody cars that have both V9W and G37 codes on the same tag. Either the same guy is faking all of these tags, or these codes are valid 71 eBody options.

Well V9W is a white pin stripe and G37 is dual chrome mirrors more commonly coded seperately. I don't see an issue with those two codes being on there.

But really any fender tags are suspect without the original Broadcast Sheet to back them up. Without that the car loses a lot of potential value. :2cents:

Actually a white pinstripe would be V7W and it wouldn't be available on a 'Cuda. Only billboards and BSMs available for them.
