I'm 53, and last april when I told my wife I wanted to buy a challenger, she moaned, screamed and cursed at me b/c I already have 4 cars.
She knew I owned a brand new 71 challenger and have wanted to get another for the last 10 yrs, as long a period of time as we'd been married.
But she was gonna put her foot down especially because 6 months earlier I bought a 77 cordoba, just like the one I owned new in 77.
But I tried to reason with her.
To no avail, she said no way, no how.
So I delicately pointed out my midlife crisis and that it would be a 33 year old car, or a 23 year old girl.
She wisely chose the car.
