Nice car!!

I'm trying to picture what you said about the springs being moved into the rear longitudinals "frame".  Are the springs at the same angle as the "frame" or are they straight as seen from above? Any pictures of the rear setup?

It looks like your wheels have a backspacing of 3 inches or so. Total guess but the rear should be about 55 inches long or put a different way the cars rearend would have a track of 55 inches a little less then an A-body.

Can you give the actual specs of the wheels?  Backspacing and total width of the wheels including tire "bulge" on the sidewalls.

thx dutch/360 cuda yeah the wheels are 10" with the tires they are a total of 12"wide by 28"i think 3-3/4" backspace and just doing a rough measurement i would
need to take 3" off each side of a stock length rearend to give me about 3/4" of and inch clearence on both sides.  the leaf springs are straight, ill try and find a picture   thx bruce
