Hello,
I"m taking delivery of a 1974 Plymouth 'Cuda360 4-Spd today. Waiting for the transport company to get here is terrible!
At any rate, the car is restored in its factory Deep Sherwood Metallic paint, white interior, Pistol Grip 4-spd, 3.55:1 Sure Grip 8-3/4, 15x7 Rallye Wheels, White side stripe with a hot little motor: 426" stroker balanced and blueprinted, Dyno'd at 460HP/520#-ft Torque.
I've had Mopar in my blood since the early '70s when I watched Richard Petty on ABC's Wide World of Sports, or something. Got my driver's license in 1980 and bought a 1972 Dodge Charger with 318cid A/T, B5 Blue with Topper Package...Mom wouldn't let me get a Big Block.
I've had the following Mopars since:
1977 Dodge Aspen R/T w/ 318 4-spd OD and Sunroof in French Racing Blue. Lasted all through High School and College.
1968 Dodge Super Bee, 383 A/T w/ A/C. Paid $350, sold for $450! Ugly green w/ green interior.
1969 A12 6-Pack Super Bee, Hemi 4-spd, 4.10 Dana 60, Lift-off Hood, T5 with Tan Vinyl Top, Stripe Delete, Bench Seat. Paid $1700 sold for $2500! ((( THE car I want to own again!)))
1973 Plymouth Gold Duster w/ Slant 6 A/T. Puke green. 40K miles. Bought from a grandma for $750, sold for $1400 after a wax job and radiator.
1988 Mitsubishi Cordia Turbo, 1.8L, 5-spd, 132 MPH and 32 MPG. Hey, Chrysler owned part of Mitsu!
1978 Dodge Street Kit Car, 360 A/T. 1 of 145. Paid $1800, sold for $2700!
1997 Dodge Intrepid Sport, V6 A/T. Still a Mopar right?
1987 Shelby Lancer #128 of 400, 2.2L Turbo II w/ Mopar Performance chip, 5-spd. All the plastic started breaking off, sold it for $950. Big loss, but a great car to drive. 80's quality sux.
2004 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart, 2.4L 5-spd, Phoenix Red, 165HP/165#-ft Torque. Not a Mopar, but fun nonetheless.
1969 Plymouth Road Runner, 440 4-spd, 4.10 Dana 60, Vit C Orange, black Bench Interior - Frankenstein car as not much from the factory left on this one (original 383 A/T 3.23 8-3/4). Sold it to fund the 'Cuda.
Glad to be enjoying my first E-Body!
I guess I figured out the pictures - a little larger then I was expecting!!
