hey brad, yeah the sides of the rad stick out about 3/4" wider which is why there is a gap on the top and bottom. not much I can do about it other than replace it with a rad that excepts the factory shroud correctly, ill see if it bugs me enough or how it cools and maybe use that rad for the roadrunner and buy a proper aluminum one for the challenger. yeah it will be ready for spring and hopefully meet some of you guys at some events

Perhaps a custom top and bottom plate to help seal it up? Awesome car BTW.
